Description
* Provides OMH Apartment Treatment Program, which includes 24-hour support to residents to enhance their independent living skills in a less restrictive setting and under realistic conditions of personal responsibility while still having access to program staff on a daily basis for instruction, assistance, and support.
* Provides OMH Supportive Scattered-Site Housing, which includes supportive services and financial assistance to adults age 18 or older at risk of homelessness who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
