CRIME STOPPERS PROGRAM | ROCHESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT

* Accepts anonymous crime reports. Cash rewards for tips leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspect. Crime stopper reporters are given "tip numbers" to insure anonymity. They are instructed to call back on "pay-out day" to see if a cash reward has been won.
