Long-Term Ombudsman Program | AIM Independent Living Center - Allegany County Outreach Office

Advocates for residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities and adult care homes. Ombudsmen visit long-term care facilities, build relationships with residents, and give them a voice. Ombudsmen help people understand their rights; address issues that could impact health, safety and quality of life; and investigate complaints.
